Fraîchement sortis du four, les p’tis sablés au chocolat d’un excellentissime livre de recettes des 3 soeurs.

Ce qu’on ne voit pas sur la photo, c’est que le dessous des sablés est crâmé… :’( Je m’appliquerai un peu plus sur la cuisson la prochaine fois (et après tout, c’était la première fois que je faisais la recette).

Just cooked chocolate shortbread biscuits, from the excellent book made by the 3 sisters.

On the photo, we can’t notice that the other side of the biscuits is burnt, unfortunately… Next time, I’ll pay more attention to the oven part of the recipe (by the way, it was my first try).
